How to switch to e-invoice?
The Act of March 11, 2004 on tax on goods and services (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1221, as amended) specifies the conditions for issuing e-invoices. E-invoice can fully replace this traditional, paper form without causing the risk of questioning the settlements made by tax services.

 

Benefits of an electronic invoice:

  • enables its posting without leaving the desk, an electronic invoice can be easily found and printed at any time
  • savings resulting from the possibility of electronic archiving of documents
  • elimination of the risk of non-delivery of the invoice on time, its loss or damage
  • improvement of financial flows through the availability of the document in electronic form
  • elimination of microbial transmission on printouts
  • reducing the consumption of natural resources necessary for printing and transporting paper invoices
